My male friends may disown me for telling you this, but I feel it is my duty. Leggings are not pants.
At least, that was the case before the fashion industry's answer to leggings-are-not-pants. Jeggings.
Even if you are one of the rare few to have fine legs, perfect hips, and a tight bootie, don't you want to leave something to the imagination?
No, I don't have the body to pull off jeggings. Yes, I might be a bit jealous of women who do. But frankly, what jeggings (and other leggings as pants) remind me most of is this: '90s stretchy stirrup pants.
How are jeggings different than '90s styles cleaned up for company? We've already seen flannel re-released. What other '90s styles are going to make a comeback with hip names? Can I wear scrunchies again? Will next season's colors be neon? I admit I would wear butterfly clips again...
Jeggings: hot or not? Are you ready to go back to the '90s?
