Guinness Bread

Every once in a while I try out one of the new recipes I've pinned. Yesterday, I decided to try out a Cheddar & Chive Guinness Bread recipe from theKitchn. I can attest to this recipe being both EASY and DELICIOUS.

Hands down, this is the easiest bread I've ever made. There was no yeast involved, no eggs, no rising or punching or kneading. All I had to do was mix the ingredients together and drop it in the pan. I have never had such a simple recipe make such a tasty food.

Start with this...
The bread smells DIVINE while baking and comes out with a crispy crust and a soft center. It has a bitter flavor, which correlates to the darkness of the beer. I made one batch with the Guinness and one batch with a brown ale. The brown ale bread came out less bitter; however, the Guinness bread is my favorite. It is delicious warm or toasted with a bit of butter and honey on top.

...End with this!

Now You!
Do you have an easy recipe with a great payoff?
